From the London Gazette 22nd of February 1856
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Richard Beard the younger and James Thomas Foard, as Daguerreotype and Photographic Artists, at No. 34, Church-street, Liverpool, and No. 14, St. Ann's-square, Manchester, both in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of
Beard and Foard, has been this day dissolved by mutual
consent. All debts due to and from the said partnership
will be received and paid by the said James Thomas Foard,
by whom the business will be carried on on his own
account alone.—Dated this 12th day of February, 1856.
